This weekend i change the hosting where my website is.
Everything is ok, less the email. When i use "contact" or "place a order" the email delay more than 3 hour to come.
What can i do to change this?

Sounds like your new web host has a problem with their mail server. But only they can sort that out.

Or maybe you've got SMTP settings pointing to an old server, in Admin->Configuration->Email Options

Because this is my new hosting, but i can´t receive the emails :(

Now i try to make an order and i get this: Email Error: SMTP Error: Data not accepted.

Switch the smtp off and try php mail... Also, make sure the email addresses exist in your new hosting.

Or maybe you need to talk to your new hosting company about the problem. I'm not sure why you would have selected them, given their previous track record :(
