How to add an expedited shipping option?

Hi, I have a problem and am wondering if anybody can help me out:

In the admin page, choose modules->shipping,
I can only see flat shipping, and some others method
which I don't need.

because I set my store location aborad, and I want to, besides the flat shipping option, add an expedited shipping option and
disable the rest of shipping options. I only need these
two options to be activated. can any
body teach me how to do it?

I think I need to write an expedited.php and put it under
shipping modules folder, but don't know how to do it.....:wacko:

You can also clone the Flat Rate flat shipping module by doing a search on:
clone flat

That would give you the information needed to make your own customized shipping module ...
