Sort order of countries during user registration?

Hi,

Is it possible to define a sort order of countries in the drop down menu during the user address registration process?

You can see what I mean here:
http://www. trader supplies .co.uk/index.php?main_page=create_account

We've set the countries that we ship to (renamed as regions in our version).
Ideally I'd like to list England first, followed by Wales, Scottish Lowlands, etc. At the moment the list is being sorted alphabetically so Channel Islands is first in the list, which isn't ideal!

Thanks
