editing the front page of store

I have been wondering how to remove the text on the center column that says: Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution.
What can I do to rid that but keep the text about logging on.

I am driving myself nuts trying to find it myself first before coming on here for help.
