Where is Qty Discount Table layout???

For the life of me, I can't find the page where I can edit the look of the Qty Discount Table, the one that is included in ZC not the add on module.

I have looked through all of my files 3 times & opened every page that has "product_quantity_discount" in the title! Someone please tell me, where in the world is this page?
