UPS Shipping Rate not matching UPS website Rate

I am having a problem getting UPS rate correct. I thought there may be an issue with the weights calculation so I changed it to only reflect the weight of the product, but it is still coming out higher then the rate I get when I go on UPS.com.

Has anyone else had this issue and found the problem.

When you go to ups.com are you signing into a ups account you have? If you are, you are shown the discount rates you get. The module pulls the standard rates from the usp server, not your discount rates.

Is there anyway to adjust this in Zencart. It is coming up 3 dollars higher then on UPS.com

Would that be $3 higher than standard rates or $3 higher than your discount rates?
