1217 Cannot delete or update

Using the latest version of Zen Cart, I am trying to install on WAMP 5 however I am getting the following error message. Please advise:

"1217 Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails
in:
[DROP TABLE IF EXISTS categories;]"

Zen Cart out-of-the-box does not use any foreign key constraints.
You'll have to undo whatever you've done to add foreign key constraints if you want to proceed with whatever you're trying to do that shows that error.

I'm getting this same error message.

All I've done is upload the files and run the installer!

Any clues anyone?
