I get "this domain is for sale" at your web address.
That or most any other Template Monster template will cause you endless headaches if you try to make any modifications. Most of them change the code significantly from Zen Cart standard, and may disable some standard admin controls. It is hard for us to advise on customizing or fixing problems, because so much of the code is not from ZC.

I'm glad to see you switched away from the TM template. I can't tell what you want to do until I can see your site.

You need to change the permissions on the /includes/configure.php file...

Might have to alter this via your hosting account file manager

well i have some question how i change the image show in sponsor and change the name to sponsor..

and have you seen this how i changed and the image too?? sorry im new in this...
