Homepage layout with new/featured/special products

I'd like my New / Featured / Special Offer products displaying in 3 columns on the homepage instead of 3 rows.

I've gone into the admin and set the products to 1 per row so it lists them under each other but still need to get the 3 divs in columns...

Any help appreciated!

I haven't tried this but I think if you edit the php file which is building that area of the home page to remove any BR tags which are separating those elements, then add and adjust float, width and margin values in the stylesheet for those elements, you should be able to get them to slip up beside each other.
