google ads in a new window, how?

Hi Guys
I have been tinkering with my site and would like to find out how to
get this to happen, when someone clicks on the advert anywhere on my site, i would like it to pop up in a new window or tab in the browser but also leave my site in thier browser also, how can i achieve this?

Cheers Egg
