Need help with very serious fatal error

Hello,

I get the following fatal error when i try to do a batch status update:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 262105 bytes) in /home/public_html/tetteh739/includes/functions/html_output.php on line 341

Can someone help me fix this?

Thank you!

Re: Need help with very serious fatal error

Hi,
From my experience this is generally caused when the memory requirements of a script exceed them set in your php.ini

Maybe when trying to process a large image file for instance.

Assuming you have access to your php.ini file you could try increasing the value of this line

memory_limit = 8M (8m is the default)

Looks like the settings are at 32 MB and you should increase it to 64 MB within your local php.ini file. If not using a local php.ini file then you would need to take this up with your Hoster.

The learning is in the doing.
