Expanding Categories

Hi,

I know this has been asked before but I can't seem to find any recent information. Would anybody happen to know if the 'Expanded Category List' mod will work with 1.3.8a to make my categories appear as below.

top 1
sub1_1
sub1_2
sub1_3
top 2
sub2_1
sub2_2
sub2_3

Or maybe there's an easier way to accomplish this now?

Ok the suspense was just to much so I installed the mod which seems to be working pretty much how I expected.

There seems to be a little modification needed mainly to the css however I'm in need of some kip so I'll post my findings tomorrow in the hope that somebody may find this useful one day :)
