Creating Database Account on WAMP

I am a bit lost... trying to follow instructions i have, and i think they are a little out of date...

in any case, i am trying to set up database account for zencart...

here is what i am doing:

Started All Services (WAMPS)
Selected phpMyAdmin > Privileges > Add a New User
entered Username (text field), host (local), password (text field)
selected "Create database with same name and grant all pr9ivilages"

what i am lost at is all the checkboxes i see under it
Global privileges (Check All / Uncheck All)
Data (bunch of selections)
Structure (even more selections)
Administration (bunch)

do i need to select anything from those global privileges, or just leave it black?

you want to grant data privilege to this new user only .. such as
Select, Update, Insert , Delete.

You need the Data and Structure privileges.
