Multiple zones and products shipping prices

I am trying to see if I can get shipping for this scenario, I have serached the forums but everyone seems to have suck uniquie shipping setups I cannot find a similar one to mine.

I intend to try and have a seperate rate for each of UK, Rest of Europe and USA and other regions on application.

Product 1 will be a fixed rate for each region, regardless of number of items.

Product 2 will have two rates for each region, depending upon Large or Medium frame size.

Product 3 will have a price per unit, probably dropping off as the amount ordered goes up.

Is this posssible.

The only shipping module I know of that can reliably configure shipping to be product-specific (and more) is a commercially available module developed by Conor Kerr (forum name ceon).
