Newbie needs help to change blue background colour

Hi, I set up my website a little while ago but I am new to this forum.

I've just got around to trying to change a few things on my website but I am struggling as I just dont have a clue in regards to the terminology and where I change things, so I hope you can bear with me.

I really want to change the blue background colour behind the main section of my website to white.

Can anyone tell me where I have to go to do this? :unsure:

the stylesheet for your template find the following and adjust the color to #FFFFFF

body {
	background:#84A4C1; /* main site background color, blue default */
	}

Thanks for your help, but I still havn't a clue where to find it.

Is it somewhere within my smartftp folders?

Or is it done through my shop admin area within Renta cart?
