My site keeps going down

Hi All,

Just wondering if this is a regular occurance for anyone else. Almost 1 a week my site seems to go down- either Google says the link is broken or I get the message -'there seems to be problem connecting to our database' from Zencart.

is this normal?...I know these issues from the webserver provider, but just wondering if this is not out of the norm. It can usually last for several minutes to a couple of hours. :frusty:

That is a hosting problem and is not normal or at least it shouldn't be.

Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.
