You are using what appears to be a TemplateMonster template. Their templates are famous for being very buggy, and not much we can really help with that. Try to switch back to classic template and see if you have the same problem.

1. we have to make sure the new template you installed does not overwrite any core files, which will also cause the default template to fail as well.
