Online Catalog in Admin area

I've searched through the forums but I don't see an answer to this: when I click on "Online Catalog" in the admin area (version 1.3.7.1) I get the following error message:

Not Found

The requested URL / /index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

how do I fix this?

I will guess here and tell you to check the paths in your configure.php files in includes in the catalog and admin directories.... Guessing you are using an addon domain or you have an edited path error as this is the only times I have seen this.
