Add to cart not adding the right quantity

I'm testing my site and after setting up some products I tried adding an item to the shopping cart. However, it always adds a quantity of 1 even if I enter another number from the product page.

It allows me to change it in the shopping cart but it just doesn't enter the correct number initially.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm on ZenCart 1.3.8. Cherry Zen template with Tabbed Products Pro, Dual Pricing, Fual slimbox, Stock by Attributes, USPS auto fill.

It will be hard to trouble shoot everything, for someone on here for you. What I would recomend doing is to build your site up on another install. Take a fresh install, then add a module, test it, then add another one, then keep going.

After that I am sure you will find out what changed things, and then from there we can help you better.
