2. I added a Flash banner to my ~/images DIR but nothing shows up (this after editing my header.php file to new flash file name *.swf

3. Would like to make the side columns more on the edges of the page and middle section wider..so it fills the page a bit more

4. Cant seem to locate my tpl_header and tpl_footer files

5. Would like to add more links where the default EZPages / Privacy Notice / Shared / Zne Cart is located...

6. What files makes reference to that background image of the golden/brown arch way i'm assuming?

I know this is a bit much to ask for a first time poster...but ANY help/links to what I need to know...would BE GREAT!!

Thanks in advance for anyone who can assist this first timer.

#mainWrapper {
	background-color: #ffffff;
	text-align: left;
	width: 750px;
	vertical-align: top;

In many of the cases above, remember to make use of the override system.

A forum search for 'flash header' should help ...

Thank you ALL!!! I'm getting there.

Trying to follow: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showpost.php?p=554905&postcount=12

I renamed the tile_back.gif on the server and uploaded a new gradiant image (red to white) but it shows on the page as the same color as my header/footer..? Went into my stylesheet and did a find for "background-image: url(../images/tile_back.gif);"...no where to be found.

Also, I cant seem to get my header image centered...wants to stay on the left side. I followed the guide on the tut but nothing "changed" (sorry cant find the link right now to it).

Any suggestions?

I also want to remove the Record Companies, Music, sponsors, have you seen...as well as the banner at the very bottom. I know I am asking alot, but the more tips/links provided..the faster i'll learn.

MUSH THANKS!

It doesn't look like you're using the override system. You should do this first before going any further. Otherwise, a lot of your changes will be lost when you next upgrade the site. This could also be one of the reasons behind your current problems.

Then take a look in Admin -> Tools -> Layout Boxes Controller
