Yes...another Blank page mess "HELP"

Was trying to install the captcha-number-subject-combo-in-one-1.0 add on.... was working on the "tell a friend page" then it all went down hill from there. Now any time i try to access a page on the user front end its blank.

Tried uninstalling it all and also did a "Optimize Database to remove wasted space from deleted records.
May be optionally run monthly or weekly on a busy database."

And get this error:

1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax near '-store' at line 1
in:
[SHOW TABLE STATUS FROM xxxxxxx_xxxxx-_xxxxx]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.
