Categories-Always Display w/ define_main_page.php

Hi all,

Im having an issue here that I need some help with. I want the HTML from my define_main_pages.php page to display above my products on the main page. Currently, if I have "Categories - Always Show on Main Page" set to 1, my define_main_pages HTML does not display on the main page, but the products do. If I set it to 0, the define_main_pages HTML DOES display (I dont get it).

I want my define_main_pages.php content to display ABOVE the products when "Categories - Always Show on Main Page" is set to 1.

Can anyone help me out?
