Automatic coupons for valid account creation

I want to offer customer an instant coupon during account creation, but I am afraid that they just enter some invalid information and create several different accounts for coupon. Is there anyway to restrict the coupon to be used only for that particular account? It would be great if it can restrict to the billing address because no matter how many account he/she create, he is only eligible to redeem to one address. Thank you for your help first.

You would need to write a lot of customized code for this ...

Currently, you can set the coupon for the number of uses for the coupon and for a user ... Example: unlimited use on the Coupon itself but only 1 use per customer ...

Trying to tie that to the individual email address per coupon generated would take quite a bit of work ...
