bug on date of birth DOB updating

If I changed the DOB on admin panel, the attribute will be disappeared on next retrieval. It is fine if the update is made in storefront. Is it a known bug? Any known fix? Which php files should I look into it? Please give a helping hand. Thank you.

I have a similar problem.

Customer's DOB isn't reflected in their account. Every time it shows up as 1 January year (in the 3 dropdown boxes respectively). Even after updating it, it goes back to square one.

can somebody help please??

  1. DOB dropdown
  2. back in stock notification
  3. column layout grid
  4. login box (sidebox)
  5. cc-accept (sidebox)
  6. direct bank transfer
  7. how did you hear about us
  8. newsletter subscribe
  9. simple removal of add to cart quantity box
