New Products Errors!

When I click on the more link in the new products side box I'm gettinga a mysql error as shown below. Any ideas how to fix this please?

Did you recently move your site or install any modules?

Yes but only payment and shipping modules. I don't think they should have changed any of the files for that module!! Any ideas how I can fix this please?

Check your settings in the Maximum Values to ensure you did not set them to 0 ...
