Questions about products & shipping setting

How to set without displaying stock quantity and still available for people to buy product?

How to set free shipping based on check-out $ amount, instead of buying quantity?

Select Catalog > Product Types > Product General > Show Quantity in Stock set to 0

Modules > Shipping > Free Options > Install
