USPS Large/Reg Package Based on Quantity

Hi All,

I'm sure this is a common problem:

If someone buys one of my product, it will be shipped in a regular package and the USPS shipping calculator works fine.

But if someone buys two or more, it will go in a large package.

How can I get it so that the customer is charged a regular package cost for one, but a large package cost for two or more?

Most strike a balance with this and set in the admin > config > Shipping/Packaging > Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship > and set a max weight before order is split into another packge

Caveat - if this is set to 50 and the order is 52 - then it splits into 2 26lb boxes and why I atated this is a balance
