questions about Specials page, coupon, and SSL

I am using 1.3.8, and I need help with the following:

is there any way I can add text to my specials webpage?
this is the webpage that I want to add text to:
http://hamspots.com/index.php?main_p...dd7169e2204cb9

also, how can I make coupons not valid for sale items?

and if you look at my footer on the bottom, how can I change the YOUR STORE NAME?

Do you reccommend getting my own SSL? i have a shared one with my host "justhost.com", what do you think about them? thank you so much

No opinions on the host - but I personally favor a private SSL as I believe it makes your site look more professional and serious about "Business"
