Troubleshooting url issue after adding URL alias in hosting account
I've got a site I developed at on my Linux server at GoDaddy. Where I have a number of sites hosted. I installed Zen Cart at http://www.mysite.com/myflowershop. Now that I have the site ready, on my hosting server I've aliased that directory to myflowershop.com. I've turned the DNS over and myflowershop.com comes up fine, but when I move between pages the url in the address bar changes to http://www.mysite.com/zencart/index.php?main_page....
What do I need to do to make thins continue to ready myflowershop.com? Help!
Zen Cart v1.3.8a/v1.3.8
I've looked in the FAQs and have found this article https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=122 but I am uncertain that this is what I need to do.
