Color Changes!! i need help!!

I am trying to figure out how to change the color of the sideboxes and navigation bars but I can't figure it out. Does anyone know how to do this?? I would really appreciate your help!!!

Take time to download the free add on from Mozilla Firefox called:

1. Web Developer
2. Firebug
   These two programs allow you to find and make changes to your stylesheet.css

This is the Stylesheet.css you are using to control your site.
includes/templates/Austin/css/stylesheet.css

Here is an excellent site to study and understand stylesheets

I downloaded Web Developer and Firebug, but I still don't understand how to change colors.
