Add to cart Button on Product listing page

Zen 1.2x
On the product listing page, the two buttons: Add to Card and Add are not showing up. Instead the text is showing as SUBMIT_BUTTON_ADD_PRODUCTS_TO_CART and TEXT_PRODUCT_LISTING_MULTIPLE_ADD_TO_CART respectively.

Please suggest

If you are in 1.2.x you should really consider upgrading to 1.3.8a

Reason for 1.2x is SEFU
