Price attribute to lower base price
I'm using v1.3.8. I have searched the FAQ and Forum but do not find anything that is exactly what I want to do.
Basically I have two finishes for each product, Finished and Unfinished. I have listed the Finished price as the base price and this is the default selection. I want to setup a price attribute that reduces the base price by 50% when the Unfinished attribute is selected. I have setup the Unfinished choice to deduct 50% from the base price and it shows as (1.75) on an item priced at 3.50. However, it is not refelected in the price when item is added to shopping cart. The base price shows when either choice is made.
