Customers not being able to use password they make

I've had a couple of customers create profiles on my site to save them time in the future when they want something. But once they want to buy something they log back in and my site will not recognize the password they made the first time. They have also signed up for a new password and got denied as well. I have tried this as well and had the same problems. How can this be fixed?

It may have something to do with your session handling either on thier end or yours. Just an idea

Search the forum for "security error' for many threads about the same problem. Most likely the template you're using was written for an earlier version of Zencart.
