Who's Online now shows everyone with server ip address????

I recently migrated our store https://www.homesteadersupply.com to a new hosting company. The transition went TERRIFIC!!!! However, now everyone on the Who's Online screen has the server IP address instead of their own.

Has anyone every seen this and if so... how do I fix it?

Re: Who's Online now shows everyone with server ip address????

That's probably a result of firewall/proxy configuration settings at your new hosting company ... which they'll have to fix for you.
