Free Shipping for Priority Mail but not others...

Is it possibly to have free shipping for Domestic Priority Mail, while all other USPS and UPS methods will continue getting the rates from USPS and UPS?

You could customize the shipping modules and "intercept" the shipping quote to change it to be 0.00 vs what USPS or UPS sends back ...
