I am getting ready to add social bookmarking to my header.

Does anyone know what is the difference between the two add-ons

I was able to figure out how to add a couple of bookmarkers. But still was not able to add a bookmarker for my own site. Plus, wanted to add bookmarking that opens up and lists a whole bunch for people to choose from. I was never able to locate any information on it. You can see my site: https://www.burnerbooks.com at the top. Shows a few I was able to get.

Haven't tried the ones you listed, but if you google 'Social Bookmarking' you can find tons of code creators, sites that let you pick the sites, then it creates the code for your page.
