No text attributes imported from osc

I used the Oscommerce Data Importer mod to import my osc store. All of my product attributes imported except for text options for my personalized products. I'm wondering if that could be a database issue of some kind?

Can anyone advise what I would look for & where, and if I can "fix it" with a sql patch or something, can I re-import the db?
