Changing of Shipping desc in the table

I would like to edit the words in the shipping box from "Table Rate (Best Way)" to "Standard Shipping Worldwide".

Can i add another column because i might have a more expedite shipping service available?

The caption is set in teh language file for the shipping module. Have a look at includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/table.php.

As for adding the additional row for the expedited shipping rate, if more shipping options are available, they will automatically be added to the end of this table. Just install the relevant module within your admin, and the rates will be reflacted in the shipping rates table.
