Categories disappear when I add a product

This is a new site. I set up some categories with descriptions and and image. They displayed fine when I looked at them right after setup. When I add the first product to the empty category the category overview page on the site goes blank. The categories with no products in them still show up fine. The site is http://shop.ourtrustisingod.com.

I am using Zen Cart 1.3.8a, Database Patch Level: 1.3.8, PHP Version: 4.3.11 (Zend: 1.3.0), Database: MySQL 5.0.67-log. This is installed at godaddy.com and was installed by their built in application installer.

Any ideas what might be causing this? I have set up other Zen-Cart sites and have not experienced this problem.

Under Confiruation >> Layout Settings, change Skip 1 Product Categories to FALSE. Where you only have a single product in each category, you are currently taken to the product page, rather than being shown the category listing.
