Need help on the header

I am trying to build my sites the problem I have got is the header there is white space on the left and right I have tried editing the CSS files and image but it seems I can not get it any bigger can anybody help me out this is my URL http://www.youtofriends.com

Your site is wider than your image, so the image needs to get bigger or the site narrower.
