My cart has quit working....oh no

Anybody seen this before? I've got two zencarts that I'm working on and somehow I changed something on both of them so that you can now longer add a product to cart. I've thought and thought on this one about what I could have done to each one to cause this response but I'm just not sure. I've tried a few things but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

try turning off your seo URL module and see if it makes a difference

Sure enough. It started working again as soon as I turned off simple seo.
