Be,
You half to separate the two out from each other.
Locate this:
includes/templates/classic/css/stylesheet.css
Find this:
a:link, #navEZPagesTop ul li {
margin-right:1em;
}
Change to this:
I notice you are using the classic template
-
- Take time to read the tutorials/faq
- search for:
- override system
- very, very helpful for future upgrades
Thanks for the response haredo. I know I need to review the template system, it gave me problems in the beginning.
I still cannot get the ez page links font color to be separate from the other item they are associated to by default.
I have another question though is it possible another stylesheet is intefering with the one I am changing? I notice there is one in the admin section. I am using the firefox web developer tools as suggested but this does not appear to be the case.
I could change the overall look of the site, but the owner wants it a particular way! It is supposed to match the original website which is still up at the same domain. Could the stylesheet from this site be intefering with the store stylesheet?
Thanks in advance...
P.S. and I do read the faqs, I also purchased the book last year, but felt I had exhausted all options before asking!
Thanks again.
