Where do uploaded customer files go?

I recently set my Zen Cart site and have just received my first order. The client uploaded there artwork file using the 'Browse' attribute I set up for the product. They completed the order. Question?? Where does the uploaded file go?? Please help!!

Is there a way to download the uploaded file from the admin panel? For example, If I have a user processing the orders but they are not fimiliar with FTP or web editing programs. Can they process the order and pull down the image in a simple fashion?
zen-cart 1.3.8, php 5.2.9
