Changing the header for the product listings?

Does anyone no where in the files I can find the headers that are used for the product listing? Mine Product listing has 3 columns (Product Image, Item Name and Price). I want to change these names.

I checked that area and none of the header titles are in there. Is there anywhere else they might be located?
