No coupon-emails are send after installing newsletter subscribe addon

Hi there

Im facing a problem.
My ZC is sending out all emails correct, exept the Coupon emails and the emails I send to customers using the ZC admin panel.

I receive this message in ZC admin: FAILED to send Email to all recipients: emailaddress (0)

When I send a coupon mail to the logged in admin, THEN the email is send succesfully.

A couple of weeks ago I installed the newsletter-subscribtion contribution. Maybe that has something to do with it?
I didnt use Coupons before, nor did I send emails trough the ZC admin panel, so I dont know if this issue is new or since the ZC installation.

any ideas?

Solved

Normally when installing the newsletter-subscribe addon, all customer emails get imported into the "subscribers" table.
In my case the import failed, which was the reason for my issue.

After importing all costumar email addresses everything works fine again.

Is there any way you can help me? I have the same problem.

All emails through ZC work just fine.
But when I go into coupon admin, and send a coupon email the email never arrives.

ZC says that it sent it but it never arrives.

I tested sending it to admin(me), a friend's email address, and my personal email address.

Any tips?

I would have to suspect that something in the add on has altered the way the emails are being managed in the admin ...

You might try a compare of the files in the add on to a clean Zen Cart v13.8 with something like Beyond Compare from scootersoftware.com and see if you can spot what files have been changed or altered ...
