Adding a Date of Birth column to CUSTOMERS list in admin

Hi,

I would like to be able to sort customers by date of birth so I can manually email them discount vouchers for their birthdays.

If there is a mod that is able to do what I want automatically, that would be much better but ive tried searching to no avail:(
