UPS radio buttons not labeled

Someone please help. I have enabled the UPS module. It seems to work fine but the there is no text besides the radio button listing which option you are selecting. I have search all over the forum looking for the solution but it seems no one else has a similar problem.:(
PHP Version: 5.2.8 (Zend: 2.2.0)

Rather odd ... what happens if you switch to the Classic Template?

Have you an URL where we could peek at this and perhaps discover what might be happening?

It isn't that the radio buttons are not showing, you are looking at the Shopping Cart and see the shipping estimator ... there are no radio buttons here ... :unsure:

The bigger problem is you cannot get to your checkout ... it keeps returning me to the shopping cart ...

Try switching to the Classic Template ... do you get to the checkout? You should see the checkout_shipping rather than the shopping_cart when you click on checkout ...

R u sure I can get to the checkout page fairly easily the shipping estimator is on the page right before it that works fine. You need to buy a min of 26.00 before it will let you continue and you have to log in. I created a dummy account so I will send it to u. Also I switched to classic and it still does the same thing.

I didn't have the minimum in my shop ...

You have a few issues ...

I am seeing numerous stylesheets are loading ... be aware that the /css is a self loading directory and all stylesheets load so the renamed ones that you have are also loading ...

Have you tried to REMOVE and INSTALL the UPS shipping module?

I am assuming that you are using the default UPS shipping module that comes with Zen Cart ...

Which Version of Zen Cart are you using?

Clean install or an Upgrade?

yeah I uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times

the version of zen cart is 1.3.8a

Do you have a valid USPS Web Tools User ID that you could INSTALL the USPS shipping module as a test ...

no and I have to head out to a meeting wont be back till about 5

Maybe later tonight we can do some testing on this ...

I am back sorry about that would it take too long to register for the USPS just for a test?
