Excluding Certain Items /Categories From Featured, New, and Upcoming Products Box

Hello again, Zen ppl.......!

The title of this post describes the issue at hand....

I do not wish to have the Gift Certificates appear in any of the 'index listing' boxes that (may be set to) appear in the main window of the site...not new, featured, or upcoming.....

Any help would be appreciated........!

I think if gift certs are set up using the ZC system they are not displayed.... I think, as I have never seen mine in there.

The functionality to select categories or products to include/skip isn't an ability your Zen Cart has (yet?)

But we have this mod (http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&products_id=1216) for a box which has additional options.

The major defining difference being that this module includes the ability to select individual products, random products from a category and full catalog random products to display with the ability to exclude certain products by ID.
