not sure on what the little orange button means

Hi, I have just about got this sorted now, but for some reason in shipping module/flatrate has a little orange button on instead of the green. everything seems to be working so not sure why this is. any suggestions?

You have a shopping zone of Australia for this mod. The orange button tells you that the mod is restricted in its application (i.e. to Australia) rather than full on. So nothing to worry about.
