Is it possible to specify a certain amount before shipping?

For example I have an ecommerce site. I sell goods which are cheap so i require a minimum order or a specific total amount before shipping the goods. Can this be done in zencart? If not can you suggest any alternatives.

Thanks. any help will be greatly appreciated

Here are a couple of modules to look into that might solve resolve your issue:
Minimum Order

Minimum Number of Items

Good luck!
